I found this place through Groupon after a lot of searching and careful reviewing. I purchased a package of 3 laser treatments and I'm so happy I found a fabulous, trustworthy place! When you get there, there is always plenty of street parking right outside. super convenient. Check in was smooth, front desk was friendly, and the clinic is very chic and clean. I was taken in on time and the laser went quickly and efficiently! My technician Jackie was so friendly, very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. Today I had my 2nd treatment with Jordyn and the experience was again, fantastic. Most importantly- after the 1st treatment I was seeing a huge positive difference in my hair growth. The laser was a bit painful at times but I knew that it's the most effective this way. However you can always ask for them to adjust the strength. I'm so glad I found this place, will recommend to anyone I know.

I Iike coming here. They’re organized, fast, efficient and in a great building/location. Only thing is, everytime I come, I get assigned to a different person. It would be nice if I didn’t always have to explain my needs… It also makes the service inconsistent; it’s never bad per say, but sometimes it’s significantly better than other times & each worker seems to do things differently. I just wish it didn’t always feel like a gamble depending on who’s working that day.

Price is reasonable. They offer deals here. Very clean office and the nurses are really sweet. I definitely will go back. You always have to read reviews at places your having done and they have great feedback. I had made an appointment for a month out and wanted it sooner. They called me and gave me an earlier appointment. Extremely accommodating. Thank you! [this was about last year but things have changed] This business has increased prices so much like over 100$ more per service. There is a huge turn over rate for nurses and it shows. The last time I went here for Botox I was botched and had bruises for over a month. I have been getting Botox for years and never have bruised. They rush services here and it’s super disappointing considering how good they used to be. It’s clearly about money now and not the treatment.

I have been going here for 3 years, and never really had a problem until today. I had to reschedule my appointment for the next day because another appointment i had overlapping. Even though I was trying to reschedule for the next day and they had availability, they said they would still have to charge me $50 cancellation fee. Which keep in mind my laser service is about $50 so they basically were trying to charge me for the day I had to reschedule and the next day I come in for my service. so they are basically just taking your money here. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

It’s been 3 months of sadness everytime I see the mirror after the Morpheus 8 treatments. The fat loss is real and is the direct opposite result you are looking for in a skin treatment. Please be aware of this. This facility also recommended all three treatments before 6 months (use or lose) which I found out from other doctors is way too powerful to get done that often. Please please please be advised and avoid the torture I’m going through

I had gone to another place that did my face and lip fillers and after having to go back a couple of times for them to "fix" unevenness , I was still uneven and unsatisfied with their work and overall ungenuine care for their clients ( or at least to me ) the girls there just gave off " mean girl vibes " and every time I'd go to them to fix what was uneven , they would look at me like I'm crazy . I would bruise and bleed so much when they did my lips and they just seemed to go through it fast and fish my lips with the needle and it was just an overall repeated bad experience.. I tried giving the benefit of the doubt but scheduling was always such a struggle , getting attitude from them every time , they weren't so accommodating with days even though their website and phone message says they schedule any day ? It was all just frustrating and bad to even deal with them. I came to the skin agency and have been seeing nurse Jackie and when I tell you , she's my fairy godmother , I can't thank her enough for always being so sweet and caring , hearing me out and helping even out whatever work was done at the last place . She handles me with care and she had to help dissolve some lip fillers that migrated and when I say the difference in care was just day and night. I didn't bleed , I BARELY bruised and my body is responding so much better .. this place has my loyalty and they offer so much more and better options . I love my nurse and this place 💕💕
